Construction Process Dernis all wood bathroom vanity bases,cabinets and furniture starts with strict specifications and quality control of kiln dried hardwood stock and wood veneers. Dernis construction features strong mortise and tenon construction methods on primary joints with liberal use of glue, screws, staples and corner blocking. Drawers are manufactured using the time tested dovetail method and positive out stops to prevent accidental drawer removal. Door hinges and drawer slides exceed all corporate requirements for years of service. Pre-Catalyzed Finish Because customer needs constantly change, Dernis maintains cutting edge technology and engineering methods. Dernis uses a premium pre catalyzed lacquer to provide exceptional resistance to water, household chemicals and solvents. The use of a high quality pre catalyzed lacquer on our wood vanity bases and cabinets also provides UV stability,resistance to wear,and excellent durability and hardness. The pre-catalyzed lacquer we use is water based and exceeds KCMA finish coat testing requirements.

  undergoes a thorough inspection. This means no surprises when your material arrives at your

• As an importer and fabricator, Dernis offers its customers the flexibility to combine domestic

• Dernis maintains a large stock of inventory that is immediately available to ship.
  
  
• Dernis provides "White Glove" delivery service to the jobsite or property to ensure that
  materials arrive safely.
  
  
• For larger orders (or multiple orders), Dernis will provide use of a forklift or Teledyne to unload
  materials at the property or jobsite.
  
  
• Dernis allows up to 45 days storage in its Virginia Beach warehouse, thus allowing the hotel owner time to coordinate the renovation or construction process.
  
  
• We stand behind our product. If breakage occurs, we will replace it at no cost.
